Where is your warehouse located?

Our climate-controlled warehousing facility is located in Montreal, Canada, in close proximity to the major Canadian population centers of Ontario and Quebec, and to the entire North-eastern United States.

Do you have Insurance Coverage?

Your inventory is fully covered by our insurance at its purchase value once it is received at our warehouse; individual shipments are insured against loss or in-transit damage for up to $100 by carriers. Additional insurance can be purchased if required.

What if I have an emergency and need to contact Drop360™ after hours?

We have staff on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can rest assured your dedicated account manager will make sorting out your emergency a priority.

How long has the company been in business?

Drop360 has been in operation since 2005, with hundreds of thousands of packages shipped and received.

Which shipping company does the fulfillment center use?

Drop360 has developed close, integrated relationships with most major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, Canada Post and the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Having developed working relationships with several major carriers gives you, as a merchant, additional delivery options, as well as peace of mind should a strike or labor dispute occur.

What type of delivery options does Drop360 offer?

Drop360 offers every level of service that is offered by the carrier companies, including overnight, standard, express and more. Different fees apply to different services, of course, as well as to any other service that may be required, such as C.O.D., Saturday Delivery and more.

Does Drop360 ship anywhere, or only to the US and Canada?

We ship worldwide. Wherever your customers are, Drop360 will ship to them!

What service guarantee do you offer?

All orders received before noon will ship on the same day; furthermore, we will take care, at our expense, of correcting any mistakes on our part to both you and your customer’s satisfaction. Should errors be made by our carrier partners, they will be corrected by them, through us.

What is the error rate?

Drop360’s human error rate was under 1% last year. The overall, average carrier shipping accuracy is 97.8%

Does the order fulfillment center offer real-time inventory and order access?

Yes. Drop360 relies on cloud management technology, so as a merchant you have access to all information regarding your inventory at all times, including advanced reports. You can also set minimum and maximum inventory control notifications, letting you know the moment a particular item(s) goes below or over forecasts. Drop360 also supports mass order uploads via FTP, and fully integrates with most eCommerce shipping carts (including eBay, Magento, Shopify, 3Dcart, Google Checkout and more).

Does Drop360 send confirmations?

Yes. Drop360 can send email confirmations of shipment to customers, merchants or both, as configured.

What about backorders and partial shipments?

Drop360 does not handle backorders, but will take care of partial shipments as needed.

Do Drop360 offer integration with my existing Shopping Cart solution?

Yes. Drop360’s IT experts will work to integrate your shopping cart for seamless, hassle-free operation.

How secure is my and my customer’s data?

Drop360 offers advanced, state-of-the-art security to protect your data, as well as redundant internet connections, backup power systems and more. It also offers complete physical security of its data centers.

Will I be assigned a dedicated Account Manager?

Yes. A Drop360 order fulfillment expert will be assigned to your account, helping you make the outsourcing of your order fulfillment activities seamless, painless and profitable!

What are Drop360’s rates and fees?

Drop360 has a low-cost fee structure that features low recurring monthly fees, low set-up fees per SKU and minimal storage fees. Per-shipment fees are kept affordable thanks to our volume shipping discounts, and vary depending on the level of service and options required (Standard or Overnight, C.O.D., etc.). Standard packing materials are included, Pick and Pack and per-order fees are minimal.

How can I pay?

Drop360 accepts all major credit cards. Pre-paid accounts are billed every Friday.

How long does it take to get started once a decision is made?

Your account can be set-up and ready to go within 3 business days. If you require Shopping Cart integration, an accurate ETA can be established after coordination with our IT and Integration specialists.

Do you offer free software upgrades?

Basic software upgrades are included at no cost.

Do you offer kitting services?

Light assembly, and the grouping of several items under a single SKU can be arranged; specific requirements and costs will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Can you develop custom packing materials for my company?

Drop360 does not specifically do so, but we can refer you to trusted designers, graphics artists and printers.

Does Drop360 require a long-term commitment?

Absolutely not. Merchants are free to leave at any time, with no penalties. We pride ourselves in nurturing strong partnerships and feel that long-term commitments go against this principle.

Do you offer long-term storage solutions?

Not at this time, although we offer, of course, storage for all active and current inventory.

Can you help arrange inventory delivery to your warehouse?

Individual merchants are responsible for the costs and logistics involved in shipping their products to our warehouses. We can offer assistance with customs clearance if required.

I’m outside the US. Can you help with brokerage and customs?

We’d be happy to! Our experienced team of logistics specialists can help you with customs clearance.

What type of items do you ship?

Drop360 can ship almost anything, provided it is not on our restricted items list.

I own a small business, are you guys still willing to ship my product?

Absolutely! Drop360 specializes in small and medium business, and has plans adapted to your needs that will save you money from day one.

My employees have never worked with a drop shipper before, how can I train them?

Our control panel is intuitive and easy to use. No particular training is required, beyond an understanding of shipping and knowing how to use a computer.
